The game is open to participants aged 18 and older.

 You must RSVP and/or attend the holiday party to participate in the In-Person Heist Game.

  Employees of [Your Personal Jeweler] and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the grand prize.

 Points can be earned from Friday, Nov. 29th, 2024, to Tuesday, Dec. 31st, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

No points will be accepted or awarded after this time.

 Points can be earned through specific actions listed in the game outline, such as purchases, attending events, playing the game, and engaging on social media.

Points for certain activities (e.g., Instagram bonuses) will be announced throughout the contest period and may have time-sensitive requirements.

 Each point earned equals 1 entry into the final drawing.

 Only valid activities completed during the contest period will be eligible for points

 The In-Person Heist Game will take place at our holiday party.

 Participants must solve a series of clues to uncover who “stole” the diamond necklace.

 The first person to solve the mystery will win the maximum 50 points.

 Anyone else who completes the in-store heist before the event ends will receive 10 points.

  The Virtual Heist Game can be played online during the contest period.

 Participants must complete the game to earn 10 points.

​ The winner of the diamond necklace valued at $1,500 will be selected via a random drawing during the weekend of Jan. 4th-5th, 2025.

 Each point earned equals 1 entry into the drawing, meaning the more points you have, the better your odds.

The winner will be announced on [your platform/social media] and contacted directly via the email or phone number provided. 

If the winner does not claim their prize within 5 business days, an alternate winner will be drawn.

 All decisions made by [Your Personal Jeweler] regarding point allocation and contest outcomes are final.

Fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the game will result in disqualification.

By participating, you agree to the use of your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

While purchases earn points, no purchase is necessary to participate.

Participants can earn points through non-purchase actions like RSVPing, attending the party, and joining the mailing list

Any personal information collected during the game will only be used for game administration and prize fulfillment, unless you have opted in for marketing communications.
